Soundation Studio is the most advanced online music making app that comes with 11 real time effects, 8 virtual instruments, automation, imports wav & midi files, recording and includes over 800 royalty free audio clips from the award winning PowerFX sound library. More information on the #DariaRemix Contest: Karen will make a video of herself dancing to the winner remix and post it on YouTube and Soundation will supply a Chromebook Pixel. Daria and dancer Karen Cheng will select the winner from the top ten most voted submissions and they will receive a Meet and Greet with Daria and Karen to explain the remix which will be broadcast via Hangout On Air to YouTube. Once a remix is complete it is published to a Soundation group where each remix can be listened to and voted on with likes. Participants can login with their Google+ or Soundation account and launch Soundation Studio for Google+ Hangout and invite friends in the Google+ community. Daria Musk is one of the most successful artists on Google+, with over 3 million followers and has provided her song “Ghost” for the contest. This popup also shows some quick actions for showing or clearing all current notifications, and the icon itself will show the number of unread notifications.To kick off this development, Soundation is teaming up with the exciting, new artist and web sensation, Daria Musk, for the first ever social music making remix contest.
#SOUNDATION COMMUNITY MODS#
Each of these mods can be toggled on or off via the options page, accessible from the popup window on the toolbar icon. Modation also improves the Soundation website itself by offering user tagging, group list filtering, a more accessible comments box on tracks and groups, and other Community improvements. Modation delivers these notifications to you immediately, adding an accessible, seemless experience without sacrificing usability. The site will display a summary of new messages, follows, invitations, and memberships, but these are visible only within the site. One thing it lacks is a truly practical notifications system. The Soundation Community is a tremendous feature, and one of the best parts of the site. When you receive a feed notification alerting you of a new message, group invitation, follower, or anything else, a desktop notification appears, allowing you to instantly take action. Modation is an extension for Google's Chrome web browser that extends community functionality for Soundation (), an online collaborative music studio. Moved comments box above thread on tracks and groups. Added user tagging in comments (via Added quick filter to group lists. Fixed duplicate comment boxes on groups. Lowered watchlist update interval to 10 minutes. Improved documentation on project page. Added user and group images to notifications. Click "Add to Watchlist" in the sidebar of tracks and groups to be notified of changes to likes, comments, members, and more.
